>  How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Ready-to-ship (non-customized items) will take 1-3 business days to process and ship. Once shipped, packages generally arrive in 1-3 business days. Keep in mind there may be delays due to weather, weekends, holidays, etc. Once items are shipped, threadNYC is not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items in transit and/or upon arrival. Please contact your local USPS location for support or to file a claim.

Orders with customized items will currently ship in 3-4 weeks (not including delivery time) from the order date as these items are made-to-order. Because each custom item is made exclusively for you, there can be unexpected delays due to our personalized production process. Once custom items are in production they cannot be cancelled. Feel free to reach out to us at any point for an update on your order. 

*Due to the current pandemic, shipment times are extended over the usual estimate time and may take more than 5 weeks to receive (custom items). Our shipping time frame is a estimate and not a guarantee.*

>  If I order non-custom and custom pieces will they ship together? 

Yes, your order will be shipped together once the customized portion is completed. If you would like to receive your non-customized item(s) sooner, we advise you place separate orders for custom and non-custom items.
